What is a Giclee Print?

Giclée is a method for making fine art quality prints from digital files. Giclée, pronounced "zhee-clay," is from the French word "gicleur" meaning "nozzle". Giclée was made possible with the introduction of the Iris printer in the early 1990s. [ more on giclee ]
